On the morning of March 1st, the Talkshow event took place. \u201c"The psychology and habits of tourists"\u201d<\/strong> by the Department Administration of Viet My College<\/strong> The event was a huge success. Students from the Hotel Management and Public Relations departments had the opportunity to visit one of the top 5-star hotels in Saigon \u2013 Mai House Hotel.<\/p>\n

When we think of hotels, we might only think of the work and responsibilities of those working in restaurants and hotels. So why is this talk show also for Public Relations students? That's because when working in the service industry, the job of... \u201c"Customer care" is given top priority. <\/strong>Therefore, to enhance the customer experience, event organization is no longer simply about choosing accommodation, but is also one of the essential stages that determines customer satisfaction. From selecting suitable room spaces such as single rooms, double rooms, decoration styles, rooms for short-term guests, rooms for long-term guests, etc., to choosing restaurants and hotels that are convenient for guests to access tourist attractions, practical hotel research is no longer just a requirement for Hotel Management students, but also for Public Relations students \u2013 future talents in event organization. Understanding this, Viet My College organized this event with the desire to provide a more multifaceted perspective and reinforce students' knowledge and skills through practical experience at a top-tier, customer-focused enterprise.<\/p>\n

The students listened attentively to the explanation about the services offered at Mai House.<\/em><\/p>\n

Here, students not only get to tour the luxurious facilities but also listen to presentations about the hotel's operational methods and its "5-star standard" customer service.<\/p>\n

After the tour, students had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the hotel manager.<\/em><\/p>\n

Through the talk show, the students gained a more comprehensive understanding of the service industry in general and the hotel and restaurant industry in particular: a successful business not only satisfies customers in terms of products but also elevates the customer experience. That is the secret to achieving absolute customer satisfaction when experiencing services at the business.<\/p>\n
