The 2026–2027 academic year marks a special milestone in the development journey of Viet My College: a journey towards 20 years of training and development, from 2007 to 2027.

On the morning of September 12, 2026, Viet My College held its Opening Ceremony for the 2026-2027 academic year, officially welcoming the Class of 2026 as they embark on their journey of learning and growth in a vocational education environment closely linked to practical experience.

This is a particularly significant academic year for Viet My College. It's a time to reflect on nearly two decades of our journey and to embark on a new path forward. The 20th anniversary of its formation and development will be reached in 2027..

And in the opening speech, Mr. Hoang Van Cuong, M.Sc. – Vice Principal of Viet My College The university sent a consistent message to the K2026 students: education is not just about a degree, but about helping learners to have The ability to work, the resilience to adapt, and the foundation for long-term development..

Mr. Hoang Van Cuong, M.Sc. – Vice Principal of Viet My College, delivered the opening speech welcoming the new Viet My College students of the K2026 cohort.

20 years – a journey of constant change and progress.

Start the journey from 2007, Viet My College has spent nearly 20 years accompanying many generations of students.

Two decades is a long enough time to witness dramatic changes in education, technology, and the labor market.

But what is truly commendable is not just the number of years the school has been in operation, but the way Viet My College has chosen to adapt to those changes.

In his speech at the Opening Ceremony of the 2026-2027 academic year, Mr. Hoang Van Cuong shared that what the school is most proud of after its 20-year journey is not just the numbers or achievements, but a value that has always been steadfastly pursued:

We are committed to building a solid career future for our students.

That spirit has also shaped the journey of Viet My College from its early days to the present.

Because vocational education, as oriented by the school, is not just about helping students obtain a degree upon graduation.

More importantly, each student must be capable. Working, adapting to change, and continuing to grow in a constantly evolving labor market..

The market changes – education must change too.

One of the key messages in the inaugural address was the rapid change in the labor market.

Technology is changing every day. Business requirements are changing. New professions are emerging. The way people work is also being reshaped by technological and societal changes.

In this context, a good training program cannot stand still.

Schools must adapt to the market. Students must be prepared for the jobs of the future, not just the jobs of today.

This is one of the key directions that Viet My College will continue to pursue as it enters the 2026-2027 academic year – a year of special significance on its journey towards its 20th anniversary.

Instead of viewing 20 years as an end point to look back on, Viet My College defines it as... a milestone to look forward to.

Twenty years of a training journey is not just a story about time.

It is also a story about adaptability, innovation, and constantly questioning: What do learners need to be able to step into the future more confidently?

Viet My College is delighted and always appreciates the efforts of each and every student.

From the classroom to the workplace – preparing for the future.

To enable students to better meet the demands of the labor market, Viet My College continues to identify key areas for improvement. business engagement This is an important direction for the new school year.

The school will continue to expand its network of partner businesses, strengthen internship and career experience programs, and bring the real-world work environment closer to students.

At the same time, the school continues to listen to the needs of businesses to update its training programs, aiming to help students become truly competitive upon graduation.

That is professional competence.

It's a communication skill.

It is the ability to work in a modern environment.

It is a spirit of responsibility and commitment.

And equally important is the ability to continuously learn throughout one's career..

Because a graduate in today's era cannot simply prepare for a single job. Students need to prepare for multiple possibilities. adapting to numerous changes throughout their career journey..

K2026 – the generation entering a special school year on a 20-year journey.

If 2027 marks the 20th anniversary of Viet My College, then the Class of 2026 is one of the special generations of students who will be accompanying the College throughout this academic year.

You begin your journey at Viet My College at a time when the school is reflecting on the past nearly two decades and simultaneously preparing for a new chapter.

Therefore, the message that Professor Hoang Van Cuong sent to the K26 students was not just a congratulatory message for a new school year.

It also conveys a message about The responsibility for their own future rests with the learner..

A successful academic year is not only created by what the school provides, but also by what each student proactively creates for themselves.

Be proactive in your learning.

Take the initiative to ask.

Actively improve your foreign language skills.

Proactively apply technology.

Actively participate in competitions, clubs, and experiential activities.

And especially, when you have the opportunity to join a company, view it not just as an internship to fulfill training requirements, but as a first opportunity to start building a career.

Don't wait until graduation to start thinking about your career.

This is perhaps one of the most meaningful messages that the Opening Ceremony of the 2026-2027 academic year wants to send to the K26 students.

In a constantly changing job market, career choices shouldn't begin the day students receive their degrees.

It starts with very small choices made during the school years:

A skill that is actively learned.

A question was boldly posed.

A competition to dare to participate.

A club that dares to take a risk.

A business experience trip.

An internship is seen as a real career opportunity.

All of those experiences can become the first building blocks in developing each person's professional capabilities.

As Teacher Hoang Van Cuong's message to the K2026 cohort stated:

“"Don't wait until graduation to start thinking about your career. Start building your professional skills today."”

The opening ceremony for the 2026-2027 school year has concluded, but a new journey has officially begun.

Twenty years is a proud milestone. And for Viet My College, that journey continues to be written by new generations of students – young people who are proactive in learning, ready to adapt, and gradually building their own professional futures.
