N KID Corp. specializes in providing products and services for children in Vietnam. Its owned brands include tiNiWorld (www.tiniworld.com), an educational entertainment center for children aged 2 to 12. Currently, the tiNiWorld chain of educational entertainment centers has 19 locations in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Buon Ma Thuot, Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Can Tho, and Binh Duong.

CENTER STAFF

I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Count the inventory at the beginning and end of each day and report to the team leader when you run out of stock so that we can restock.
– Maintain cleanliness and properly care for equipment and machinery in your assigned area.
– Selling products and assisting children while they play.
– Put away the toys after your child has finished playing.
– Control revenue and cash flow during the shift.
– Maintaining the company's image.
– Report any problems to the team leader and supervisor.
– Arrive 15 minutes early for your shift to hand over the shift.
– Participate in the center's general cleaning every two weeks.
– Participate in a weekly inventory check with the center manager.
– Participate in supporting parties and extracurricular activities.

II. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

– Male/female aged 18-25 with a presentable appearance (Preference given to first, second, and third-year university students)
– Loves children, hardworking, enthusiastic, energetic, and careful.
– Good communication skills. Conversational English. Computer literate.
– Preference will be given to candidates seeking long-term, stable employment.

III. WORKING HOURS

– Center operating hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
– Shift work required: 3 morning shifts and 3 evening shifts per week; weekends and holidays (Lunar New Year).
– Flexible working hours arranged according to weekly class schedules, with 4 hours or more per shift per day.

IV. SALARY & BENEFITS

– Salary is calculated based on actual hours worked.
– Working on holidays and Tet (Vietnamese New Year) entitles you to double pay.
– Seniority allowance after 6 months of employment.

CENTER TEAM LEADER

I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage the staff serving at the amusement park.
– Assign shift positions to service staff.
– Receiving and dispatching goods from the warehouse to the retail counter.
– Ensure proper display in the center.
– Ensure the accuracy of reports from service staff.
– Inform the manager when an item is running low in stock so they can place an order.
– Prepare for parties and extracurricular activities when available.
– Act on behalf of the manager to handle tasks when the manager is not at the center.
– Reassign staff to different positions as needed.
– Perform additional tasks as required.

II. REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

– Loves children. Male/Female, 22 to 26 years old.
– Careful, meticulous, clean, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
– Capable of managing teams, acting as an MC, and organizing events.
– Good communication skills. Conversational English.
– Proficient in using office computer software.
– Able to meet shift schedules (primarily evening shifts) and intend to commit long-term.

III. WORKING HOURS

– Shift 1: 08:30 – 17:00; Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00.
– Weekend and public holiday work is required.

IV. SALARY & BENEFITS

– Net salary. The company is responsible for paying taxes and insurance.
– 4 days off per month. 15 days of annual leave.
– Working on public holidays entitles you to compensatory time off and double pay.
