During the session, the students had the chance to tour the facilities, observe the layout, and learn more about the professional service organization of the entire hotel under the direct guidance of the hotel management.
Sharing her experience during the internship, lecturer Nguyen Thanh Nga – Head of the Career Guidance and Student Support Department of the school – said: “The practical training and internships at large enterprises for students majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management help them connect theory with the real-world environment. In a professional environment, in addition to applying knowledge, they also have to adjust their behavior accordingly. These are important things they need to learn and change now so that they won't be surprised or shocked when they start working. In the future, the school will organize practical training sessions, internships, and equip them with practical soft skills so that they can have maximum exposure to the real-world environment and hone their skills.”
