Born in 1994, she decided to drop out and switch to the Public Relations program at Viet My College. She accepted the challenge of starting over and ignored all obstacles and opinions from those around her.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about her decision from years ago, Phuong Anh shared, &quot;... <em>Driven by my passion for PR, even though I started a little late, I at least had the courage to pursue it.
