It's small, but the facilities are excellent. Most of the teachers have many years of experience working in companies and businesses, so the knowledge I learn in class is incredibly practical, not just academic or theoretical. Plus, the teachers are lovely and understanding; everyone is approachable to the students, and they're always ready to help enthusiastically whenever we need anything. Outside of class, there are clubs like the English Club, Viet My Entertainment, PR Club, and Football Club for students to join.

What I liked most was being a full member of the Student Council. Then, using the knowledge I've gained, we brainstorm and organize fun, bonding activities for students across the university. From planning, PR, creating checklists, budgeting, timelines, detailed scripts, to figuring out how to run the program, how to divide the staff, etc., after the program is finished, the whole team sits down for a meeting to discuss what we did well, what we did wrong, and what shortcomings we had, so we can learn from our mistakes and improve future programs.

It sounds simple, but you only realize it when you actually do it. Sometimes it's really discouraging, but we always comfort and encourage each other to get through it. Each time that happens, we feel more connected, because we're all students, but we're willing to dedicate our time and effort to creating programs for all the students in the school to have fun. No matter how tired we are, seeing everyone having fun makes us feel better because everything we put in is completely worth it. Around the end of the year, when universities and colleges were recruiting, I stumbled upon Public Relations. The name sounded so unfamiliar that I became curious about what kind of jobs I could get after graduating, where I could work, etc. I had so many questions that I immediately Googled it. The more I researched, the more interesting it became, with many jobs I liked and good career opportunities, so I decided to choose it.

So I started looking for schools that offered this major, and among them was Viet My College. I researched the school quite thoroughly, from the training program, tuition fees, scholarships, job opportunities, internships, etc. Then I even befriended teachers and senior students at Viet My on Facebook to see what it was like. The heartfelt sharing from the teachers and the happiness with the school and the major from the seniors made me even more certain about this choice. Instead of spending four years of my youth at university with no idea what the future held, I chose two years and four months at Viet My to fulfill my dream. Although when I chose my school, almost all my teachers and relatives, except for my mother, opposed it because I was an excellent student for 12 consecutive years and should have gone to university, I believed in myself, believed in the path I had chosen, and now I can affirm that this choice was right. I am completely confident in the knowledge, skills, and attitude I have learned at school, and moreover, I am happy to be able to study and freely do everything I like in a "happy school".

APC: Could you share a little about the work and purpose of the Student Council?
