Responsible for taking and delivering Food & Beverage orders and providing outstanding guest service to all guests. Because Waiter\/Waitress are the main point of contact for guests at XU, he\/she must be fully knowledgeable about all aspects of outlet facilities, dishes and beverages, preparation methods and services in restaurant as well as in Lounge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Description<\/span><\/strong>
Position: Waiter\/Waitress<\/span><\/strong>
\u2022 Project courtesy, hospitality and professional behavior at all times with guests and fellow colleagues. <\/span>
\u2022 Welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism<\/span>
\u2022 Seat guests appropriately and offer menus where appropriate<\/span>
\u2022 Answer questions related to menu offerings and preparation methods<\/span>
\u2022 Maximize revenue potential through the up-selling of menu items.<\/span>
\u2022 Prepare select beverage orders, table settings, ensure all orders are delivered, prepare and present bills according to established standards and procedures.<\/span>
\u2022 Be the first line of defense to handle guest queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/span>
\u2022 Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements services to meet guest needs.<\/span>
\u2022 Assist with general cleaning, inventory taking as required.<\/span>
\u2022 Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your superiors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/span><\/strong>
\u2022 Self-motivated. <\/span>

\u2022 Have a team spirit. <\/span>
\u2022 Innovative thinking, careful, honest and reliable.<\/span>
\u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. <\/span>
\u2022 High attention to detail.<\/span>
\u2022 Communicate in English is required.<\/span>
\u2022 Strong sales skills.<\/span>
\u2022 Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position.<\/span>
\u2022 Hospitality experience is necessary.<\/span>
\u2022 This is full time position, working on shift (day shift: 9AM-5PM, night shift: 4PM-12AM, split shift: 10AM-2PM & 6PM-10PM), weekend will be back home lately (around 2AM-3AM)<\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/span><\/strong>
\u2013 The average salary for these positions from 5 million to 5.5 million and up more, it belongs to employee's ability.<\/span>
