Overview of the Small and Medium Enterprise Management program (College level)<\/h2>\n<p>The College-level training program in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Management equips students with specialized knowledge and skills in planning, organizing, operating, controlling, and managing the activities of small and medium-sized enterprises; controlling the financial situation of enterprises, estimating implementation costs, and appraising investment projects in the context of economic integration. Simultaneously, it instills professional ethics, conscience, discipline, industrial work style, good health, and the development of soft skills to enable graduates to find employment, create their own businesses, or continue their studies at higher levels.<\/p>\n<h2>II. Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of business, business management, law, and socio-economics in performing the tasks of managing small and medium-sized enterprises;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of computer skills and foreign languages in management work;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying the organizational structure that is appropriate for the type of business;<\/li>\n<li>Present the socio-economic development policies and regulations related to corporate governance;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying management methods suitable for each type of business;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the business operations of the enterprise;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>b. Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Predicting and identifying business opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Develop a product manufacturing process that is suitable for the company&#039;s specific circumstances.;<\/li>\n<li>Establish a system of economic and technical standards;<\/li>\n<li>Establish an effective product distribution system;<\/li>\n<li>Develop production and business plans that are appropriate for each type of enterprise;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a report on the business performance of the enterprise;<\/li>\n<li>To provide comprehensive economic information on the unit&#039;s production and business activities to serve the leadership and economic management requirements of the unit and relevant management agencies;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the economic laws and business environment variables that affect the operations of businesses;<\/li>\n<li>Advising business leaders on improvements to corporate governance practices to suit each business period;<\/li>\n<li>Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships between the business and its partners;<\/li>\n<li>To formulate strategies, business plans, organize business operations, and establish new small and medium-sized enterprises;<\/li>\n<li>Able to utilize soft skills such as communication skills, teamwork skills, independent work skills, and presentation skills in business management as well as other jobs;<\/li>\n<li>Applying knowledge of computer science and information technology in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises;<\/li>\n<li>Able to use a foreign language in communication, achieving level 2\/6 of the Vietnamese Foreign Language Proficiency Framework;<\/li>\n<li>Adapting to the changes in the era of Industry 4.0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>c. Politics, ethics, physical fitness, and national defense:<\/p>\n<p>+ Politics and ethics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To identify the fundamental principles of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and the revolutionary line of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Party&#039;s economic development line, and the achievements and development orientations of industrialization and modernization of the country;<\/li>\n<li>Identify fundamental knowledge of politics, law, and socio-cultural aspects relevant to the major, such as: Environmental Protection Law, Economic Law, Electronic Transactions Law, Consumer Protection Law, Labor Law, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the Constitution, laws, rights, and obligations of citizens of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;<\/li>\n<li>Applying basic knowledge of politics and law to the profession;<\/li>\n<li>Loyal to the cause of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill all responsibilities and obligations of a citizen, living and working in accordance with the Constitution and the Law;<\/li>\n<li>Possessing ethics, professional conscience, a sense of discipline, and an industrial work style;<\/li>\n<li>Always be conscious of learning and training to improve your skills to meet the demands of the job;<\/li>\n<li>We must be proactive and conscious in preventing corruption while resolutely fighting against it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>+ Physical fitness and national defense:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Describe the position, significance, and effects of physical education on human health in general, and on vocational trainees and workers in particular;<\/li>\n<li>To be able to practice physical training methods and develop an awareness of building and defending the Fatherland;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the basic knowledge and skills necessary in the National Defense and Security Education program;<\/li>\n<li>They possess a sense of organizational discipline and revolutionary vigilance, and are ready to fulfill their duty to defend the Fatherland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.
