The VTC Digital Television Center in Ho Chi Minh City is a television unit under the VTC Digital Television Station. Since January 2014, we have officially become a public service unit under the Ministry of Information and Communications.<\/p>\n

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:<\/p>\n

Organizational Specialist<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Quantity<\/em><\/strong>: 1 employee<\/p>\n

Working hours<\/em><\/strong>During office hours and as needed by the job.<\/p>\n

Job description<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Record attendance according to the Center's regulations;<\/li>\n
  • Drafting and managing employment contracts, labor contracts, lease agreements, and handling contract renewals;<\/li>\n
  • Addressing employee benefits in accordance with current legal regulations: Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.;<\/li>\n
  • Perform recruitment tasks: Search for and screen candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and provide onboarding guidance for positions available at the Center;<\/li>\n
  • Drafting documents related to organizational and administrative matters as directed by the Center Director and the Head of the Organization and Administration Department (Decisions, Regulations, Rules, official letters, etc.);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Request<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    • Graduates with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, or other related fields from colleges and universities.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding labor law regulations;<\/li>\n
    • Possesses good writing skills;<\/li>\n
    • Enthusiastic, careful, honest, and proactive in their work;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Manage and be responsible for the Center's network and data storage systems.<\/li>\n
      • Manage and troubleshoot network, software, and equipment issues at the Center when malfunctions occur;<\/li>\n
      • Managing the Center's internal website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Request<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

        • Graduated from college or university with a major in Information Technology.<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of website programming, proficiency in .Net or C++, Java, PHP, etc.; understanding of Javascript, HTML5, CSS; knowledge of databases: mySQL, SQLServer, etc.<\/li>\n
        • Capable of troubleshooting network issues, software problems, and other office equipment issues;<\/li>\n
        • Ability to read and understand English documents;<\/li>\n
        • Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and improve at work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
