And just like that, in the blink of an eye, 2 years and 4 months at Viet My College, along with countless emotions and memories, have passed. Thank you to all the new graduates for your continuous efforts to improve yourselves and successfully complete this journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here is the information regarding the 2023 Graduation Ceremony:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>7:00 AM, May 27, 2023 (Saturday)<\/span><\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>THE ADORA CENTER Conference and Banquet Hall (431 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City)<\/span><\/p>\n

Here are 5 steps to register for the 2023 Graduation Ceremony:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1: REGISTER<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Deadline: Until May 6, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Registration link: https:\/\/bit.ly\/DKthamgiaLTN2023<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

(Please use only your personal email address)<\/span><\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>Students whose names are not on the list, please do not fill out the form.<\/span><\/p>\n

The system will ONLY recognize a successful registration when both of the following conditions are met:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Fill in all the information completely and accurately on the registration form.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Please attach a screenshot of your successful bank transfer to the registration form.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2: LOOK UP INFORMATION<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 The Student Affairs Department will send an email or notification via Zalo confirming successful registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Questions will be answered by 5 PM on May 10, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3: RECEIVE INVITATION, GRADUATION ATTIRE, AND TAKE GRADUATION PHOTOS<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Location: Trung Son Campus<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Date: Expected May 13, 2023<\/span><\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 New graduates will sign and receive a receipt (keep the receipt to return along with your graduation gown).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 New graduates will receive one invitation letter and two invitation letters for family members.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 4: ATTEND THE GRADUATION CEREMONY<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Graduates should return their graduation gowns immediately after the program concludes, as instructed by the organizers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 5: RECEIVE DEPOSIT REFUND<\/span><\/p>\n

Students receive a refund of their deposit within 3 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 BTC will not process any requests for return of the ceremonial attire after the specified deadline.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 When returning the graduation gown, graduates must return the receipt and sign to confirm the return of the gown. This is the basis for the Organizing Committee to process the deposit refund. The Organizing Committee will NOT handle any cases if the procedure is not completed.<\/span><\/p>\n
