Viet My College welcomes its first class of 2018.

The welcoming ceremony for the first new students of Viet My College in the 2018 academic year, and also the first lesson of the Study Skills course led by Mr. Duong Tran Minh Doan – the school's Principal, took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Many students felt delighted and impressed with the sharing and training sessions of the Principal. Bui Tien Ngoc – a new student majoring in Restaurant and Hotel Management – said:“I've been out of school for two years now, and this time I'm determined to go back to studying hotel management at Viet My College. My impression of the first class was the helpful sharing from the principal; it was a new experience for me. Before this, I'd never felt comfortable enough to open up to a group of complete strangers, but today I proactively talked to my classmates and felt much more confident.”

Dai Trang, a new student majoring in Restaurant and Hotel Management, shared: ‘"Finally, I've become a freshman for this new academic year. After researching the university through its website and friends, I believe this will be my second home for the rest of my student life."’

After receiving the kit including: student ID card, welcome letter, and school uniform shirt, you officially become 'one of the family' in the APC community. With many activities to welcome new students, academic programs, and extracurricular training programs awaiting you, it promises to bring the most vibrant and youthful atmosphere to 'kick off' the new academic year for all APC students.

The principal of the first class, Duong Tran Minh Doan, couldn't hide his happiness and joy at being able to chat and share with the new batch of students. He confided: ‘This first lesson is part of the study skills course. The teacher's goal is to give you time to reflect on yourselves: "Who are you, what are your strengths, what path do you want to take, and to let go of any prejudices or negative thoughts that are holding you back." From there, you can be freer, liberate your spirit, and clearly reorient your lives so that you can study better.“

Viet My College is currently accepting applications for its third intake (applications accepted until July 20, 2018) with attractive scholarship and tuition fee incentives. The total value of the scholarship and tuition fee incentive fund amounts to 3 billion VND. This year, the college plans to recruit 1,300 students, offering two programs: National Regular College Program and BTEC International College Program. For the 2018-2019 academic year, the college offers 15 majors in the fields of Management, Translation and Interpretation, Design, and Information Technology. This year, the college is also expanding into new majors, including three currently popular fields: Sales Management, Information Technology - Software Applications, and Website Design (Digital Marketing).
