Signing ceremony for a training and recruitment cooperation agreement between the International American Education Organization (IAE) and the Wrap & Roll restaurant chain.

Driven by a shared desire to establish training links between educational institutions and businesses, along with excellent job opportunities for students, the American Education Organization (IAE) and Gói và Cuốn Restaurant Co., Ltd.Wrap & RollThey discussed and agreed to draw up a memorandum of understanding on the basic contents leading to formal cooperation on November 17, 2014.

The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Nguyen Dieu Huong – CEO of Wrap & Roll Co., Ltd.; and Ms. Vo Pham Tu Cam – Human Resources Director of the IAE American Education Organization. The cooperation program between Wrap & Roll and IAE will help suitable students from across the entire school system of the IAE American Education Organization (including Broward College students, Viet My College students, and BTEC students) become potential employees for the tourism, hospitality, and restaurant service industry in general, and Wrap & Roll in particular. Specifically, during their internship, students will have the opportunity to participate in paid internships and enjoy the benefits offered by Wrap & Roll, learn to work in a professional restaurant environment, and receive priority consideration for full-time employment at Wrap & Roll.

The signing ceremony will mark an important step in the cooperation between the school and Wrap & Roll Restaurant Co., Ltd. This is both a great opportunity and a challenge for students in the Tourism and Hospitality ngành, as they will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Therefore, students need to learn and experience more to find more job opportunities in the future.

*Wrap & Roll Joint Stock Company was founded in 2006 by two business friends when they were in their 30s. The company is a pioneer in the business of healthy traditional Vietnamese cuisine in Vietnam. The unique characteristic of the restaurant chain is demonstrated through offering novel ways to enjoy traditional Vietnamese food along with exceptional service. As of June 2016, the company had 10 Wrap & Roll restaurants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and 4 franchised outlets in Singapore. Several new restaurants are scheduled to open soon in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company also plans to launch a new restaurant chain in 2016 to cater to a different segment of the Vietnamese market.
