On September 30, 2024, the IN Hospitality Group's Internship Graduation Ceremony was held solemnly at the White Palace Convention Center on Pham Van Dong Street, attracting the participation of over 100 students, including more than 20 students from Viet My College. The ceremony not only marked the end of the students' challenging internship journey but also served as an important milestone in their academic and career development in the hospitality industry.

This graduation ceremony is an opportunity for more than 20 students from Viet My College who participated in internships at IN Hospitality to reflect on their journey so far. For them, this was not only a time to apply their learned knowledge to practice but also a valuable opportunity to accumulate experience and develop professional and personal skills. They have worked in a professional environment, under the guidance of experienced professionals in the industry.
At the beginning of the ceremony, a representative from IN Hospitality shared some words and congratulated the students on successfully completing their internships. The representative emphasized that the internships not only provided students with practical knowledge but also helped them develop perseverance, confidence, and teamwork skills – crucial elements for their future careers.

Mr. Ngo Tan Dat – Director of the Student Services Center of Viet My College, delivered a speech at the ceremony.
The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Ngo Tan Dat – Director of the Student Services Center of Viet My College. On behalf of the school, Mr. Dat extended congratulations to the students and expressed pride in the achievements they had made during their internship.
Mr. Dat shared: “I am very happy and proud that you have all successfully completed your internship at IN Hospitality. This was not an easy journey, with many challenges that you had to overcome. However, with the support from senior colleagues and your continuous learning spirit, you have accumulated a lot of practical experience and professional skills. I believe that what you have learned will be a solid foundation for you to continue to develop and succeed in the future.”
Professor Dat's speech not only encouraged the students but also conveyed a message about the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience. His sincere sharing received much support from the students and guests in attendance.

Student Nguyen Thi Mong Thi – majoring in Hotel Management at Viet My College – gave a speech representing the college at the ceremony.
In particular, at the ceremony, Nguyen Thi Mong Thi, a student majoring in Hotel Management at Viet My College, represented more than 20 interns from Viet My College and shared her thoughts. In her speech, Mong Thi could not hide her emotions as she shared memorable experiences during her internship.
Mong Thi expressed: “Through this internship, I feel very grateful to the staff at the company for creating opportunities for me to gain practical work experience, to be exposed to many real-life situations, and to learn valuable experiences from them. I am also very grateful to the lecturers of the Hotel Management department, who have accompanied me throughout my studies and internship. This internship not only helped me consolidate my knowledge but also gave me the confidence to pursue my passion.”
Mong Thi's sharing left a deep impression on the participating students. Her internship experiences helped Mong Thi and her classmates better understand their chosen fields and opened up many opportunities for future career development.
