1. Code JD01 – Curriculum Design Executive

Job:

• Responsible for the professional aspects and coordination of the development, packaging, and delivery of learning materials.
• Conduct surveys and evaluations of the training program, and then update and adjust the program periodically.
• Contact experts to invite them to train lecturers on new teaching and learning methods.
• Participate in tasks related to the implementation of learning materials during the semester: observing lecturers' classes; observing students' classes; defending projects, etc.                                                                                                                                                                 

Request:

• University degree or higher
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Experienced in program development.
• Diligence, meticulousness, dedication, teamwork skills, planning.
• Long-term development orientation in the education sector

 2. Code JD02 – Industrial Relation & Student Services Teamleader

Job:

• Plan and implement activities to connect with businesses and educational institutions to support students' practical training, internships, employment, and further education.
• Supporting students in implementing practical activities, internships, employment, and further education at higher levels.
• Plan and implement student support activities: extracurricular activities, teams, and after-school counseling.
• Team management                                                                                                                                                     

Request:

• University degree or higher
• Good command of English
• 5 years or more of work experience

3. Code JD03: Program Administrator

Job:

• Implementing the BTEC International College Training Program
• Recruit and train instructors.
• Collaborate with the Curriculum Development Department to develop learning materials.
• Academic advising for students
• Training quality management
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of practical training and internship activities.
• Liaise with foreign partners on matters related to accreditation, registration, scores, certification, and payment.
• Team management

Request:

• Master's degree or higher, preferably from a foreign university.
• Good command of English
• Work experience of 5 years or more
• Good communication skills, especially with students.

4. Code JD04 – Administrative Team Leader

Job:

• Managing the operation of training facilities: hygiene, security, electricity, water, internet, fire safety.
• Managing equipment in office and teaching areas.
• Planning and implementing maintenance, repair, and equipment procurement.
• Managing other administrative activities of the school.
• Team management

Request:

• University degree or higher
• Good conversational English
• Five years of work experience, having performed similar tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

5. Code JD05 – Assistant to Chancellor

Job:

• Schedule work
• Meeting Notes
• Compilation of reports
• Drafting documents, regulations, and procedures.

• Teaching Assistant

Request:

• University degree or higher
• Use English well.
• Have at least 5 years of work experience.
• Good logical thinking skills, enjoys working with data and reports.

6. Code JD06 – Instructor

Job:

• Teaching by specialization

Request:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, human resources, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or public relations.
• Preference will be given to candidates who graduated from foreign universities.
• Good conversational English
• Have at least 4 years of professional work experience.
• Must have at least one year of teaching and training experience.
• Understanding the training objectives of the college level.
• Understanding the psychology and communicating effectively with the younger generation.
• Appropriate conduct for teaching: punctuality, personal image, language.
