  • If you have many years of work experience, you can list your experience before your education.
  • State the name of the school, faculty, major, degree (bachelor's, master's, etc.), and academic year (2004-2007, etc.).

  • Only record when absolutely necessary, relevant, or specific to the profession.

 II. Presentation Method

.1. Unified layout

  • Easy to look at, well-balanced, and with a clear layout.
  • Bullet points are aligned.
  • Maintain appropriate and reasonable spacing according to the Gestalt principle. This means that similar information should be placed close together. For example, you should leave more space between contact information and information about qualifications/educational background, while information about the university and other courses should have less space.
  • Do not draw tables or underline them.
  • Every employer has a different "aesthetic eye," so you should only use a simple but professional CV template.

2. Font

  • Common fonts include Times New Roman, Arial, and Tahoma.
  • Font size: 10-12.
  • The headings of the categories should be consistent in format and color.

3. Title

  • The title of your CV should be your full name; you don't need to write "Curriculum Vitae" or "Resume" anymore. The title should be written in uppercase, bold, centered, and in font size 16.

4. Length

  • The length of your CV isn't the most important factor; what matters is whether it contains enough information to convince the recruiter to consider you for the next round. However, for recent graduates, a CV should ideally not exceed three pages.

5. Customize your CV.

  • For each position you're applying for, tailor your CV to highlight the experiences and skills that best suit that role. Other activities should be mentioned briefly.

Experts also advise students to actively participate in social and on-campus activities, as these experiences can be usefully included on a CV for recent graduates with limited experience.
