Welcoming the internship group from Viet My College were Mr. Vu Xuan Vinh – Training Director of Viet Victory, and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai – Human Resources Development Director of Viet Victory. With many years of experience in advising young people on personal image building and career guidance, Mr. Vu Xuan Vinh shared valuable and practical advice with the students of Viet My College on setting goals and preparing now to secure their desired jobs in the future. “Right after the internship, go home, think about it, and find 2-3 companies with specific positions. Then, find ways to meet the necessary qualities required for those positions. Only then will you be able to get your dream job after graduation,” Mr. Vinh advised the students.

Following that, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, representing Viet Victory, gave an overview of common recruitment criteria at banks. “Only 20% candidates who were hired by banks graduated from specialized fields; the rest are from other fields. This shows that the opportunities for you are very great,” Mr. Hai stated. In addition, the students had the opportunity to exchange ideas with experts on how to create an impressive resume, thereby increasing their chances of successful job applications after graduation.

After a few minutes of initial unfamiliarity, the students gained a better understanding of the tasks of a teller when handling transaction orders and basic banking operations.
