NOTIFICATION

Regarding registration for college graduation exams in August 2025

The Training Department of Viet My College announces to all students the registration for graduation recognition in August 2025, specifically as follows:

1. Applicants for graduation examination

College students from the 2022 cohort and earlier who have completed the entire program, including:

• Complete all courses in the program (no outstanding courses).
• Complete all tuition fee obligations.
• Complete the prerequisite courses.
• The program has met the output standards for computer skills, foreign languages, and the output standards for health science students.
• High school diploma has been submitted.

2. Graduation registration period

• Registration period: from July 14, 2025 to July 22, 2025

Students who register after the deadline will be transferred to the next graduation review period.

3. Registration form

Students can submit their applications directly or by mail to the Student Services Center:

• Graduation application form (paper copy with signature)
• Certified copy of High School Diploma
• Other documents (if any)

4. Time of results announcement

• The graduation results are expected to be announced on August 11, 2025.
• Students should check their email for official announcements from the Academic Affairs Office.

5. Important note

• Only students with complete documentation and financial obligations will be included in the graduation eligibility list.
• Students are responsible for verifying their personal information when registering.
