Announcement: Graduation Ceremony 2023 and awarding of Bachelor's degrees to over 400 students of Viet My College.

And just like that, in the blink of an eye, 2 years and 4 months at Viet My College, along with countless emotions and memories, have passed. Thank you to all the new graduates for your continuous efforts to improve yourselves and successfully complete this journey.

Here is the information regarding the 2023 Graduation Ceremony:

Time7:00 AM, May 27, 2023 (Saturday)

LocationTHE ADORA CENTER Conference and Banquet Hall (431 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City)

Here are 5 steps to register for the 2023 Graduation Ceremony:

Step 1: REGISTER

– Deadline: Until May 6, 2023.

– Registration link: https://bit.ly/DKthamgiaLTN2023

(Please use only your personal email address)

NoteStudents whose names are not on the list, please do not fill out the form.

The system will ONLY recognize a successful registration when both of the following conditions are met:

– Fill in all the information completely and accurately on the registration form.

– Please attach a screenshot of your successful bank transfer to the registration form.

 

Step 2: LOOK UP INFORMATION

– The Student Affairs Department will send an email or notification via Zalo confirming successful registration.

Note: Questions will be answered by 5 PM on May 10, 2023.

 

Step 3: RECEIVE INVITATION, GRADUATION ATTIRE, AND TAKE GRADUATION PHOTOS

– Location: Trung Son Campus

– Date: Expected May 13, 2023

Note:

– New graduates will sign and receive a receipt (keep the receipt to return along with your graduation gown).

– New graduates will receive one invitation letter and two invitation letters for family members.

 

Step 4: ATTEND THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

Note: Graduates should return their graduation gowns immediately after the program concludes, as instructed by the organizers.

 

Step 5: RECEIVE DEPOSIT REFUND

Students receive a refund of their deposit within 3 business days.

Note:

– BTC will not process any requests for return of the ceremonial attire after the specified deadline.

– When returning the graduation gown, graduates must return the receipt and sign to confirm the return of the gown. This is the basis for the Organizing Committee to process the deposit refund. The Organizing Committee will NOT handle any cases if the procedure is not completed.
