MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Plan and implement quarterly programs (events, promotions, etc.).

Content creation, copywriting, and communication idea generation for each campaign. Collaborating with designers to develop concepts and create visuals that align with the campaign's spirit and message.

Implementing advertising and marketing programs, promotional activities, events, and organizing press conferences.

Support during events (logistics, photography, setup)

Manage and update the collected database.

Writing PR articles, website content, official Fanpage (APC & BC) posts, and satellite social groups.

Monitor and stay updated on promotional information through various media channels and competitor activities.

Support the Student Services Office and the Career Services Office in student activities.

Contact and book media
-
Other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS REGARDING PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
– Possesses a marketing mindset and the ability to develop and manage plans effectively.
– Capable of copywriting: writing PR articles, doing social media marketing, managing fan pages, posting on forums, etc.
– Proficient in English.
– Possess basic knowledge of the advertising and media market.
– Possesses design ideas and is proficient in using several design and graphic software programs.
– Professional and responsible work ethic.
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills
– Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
– Possesses a willingness to learn, is proactive in work, and is quick in handling situations.
– Energetic, creative, honest, ambitious, and not afraid of challenges.
Preferred candidates: Young, graduates of international schools, with 1-2 years of work experience, quick-witted, and eager to learn.
