Go Villa: 49/4 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City.
⏰ WORKING HOURS (Flexible shifts)
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
(Responsible for answering messages in the evening according to shifts).
📝 JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Administrative Receptionist, you will be the "face of the brand," supporting guests throughout their stay:
Welcoming customers: Perform professional check-in/check-out procedures, and provide guidance on building rules and amenities.
Customer service: Respond promptly to messages and emails; assist in resolving any arising issues (room cleaning, technical support, etc.) to ensure the best possible guest experience.
Operations management: Monitor room conditions, conduct regular inventories of supplies, and ensure that facilities (lobby, hallways, common areas) are always clean and safe.
Administration & Security: Manage office supplies and equipment, and coordinate security monitoring at entrances and exits.
