At Viet My, there are some very "unusual" classes! These are classes without desks, chairs, blackboards, or pens… Instead, students get to showcase their talents with all sorts of fun activities like drawing, collage, blindfolded obstacle courses… And do you know what subject these activities are for? It's Leadership Potential Development!

The classroom has no desks or chairs.
If you visit Viet My for skill-based classes such as Leadership Potential Development or Business Psychology, you'll likely be surprised to find the familiar image of a classroom with blackboards and desks completely absent. Instead, you'll find a classroom where both teacher and students sit together on the floor, creating a close and somewhat "unusual" atmosphere.

But that's just what you see on the surface. The content of the lesson isn't simply about the lecturer presenting textbook knowledge, explaining the meaning of concepts, or giving a few examples. Here, you get to participate in unique activities. These include things like cutting and pasting, drawing, building towers from newspaper, blindfolded obstacle courses, and more. Many of you might be skeptical about how such activities could possibly help with learning.

These "unusual" activities yield amazing results.
With the motto of always striving to convey highly practical knowledge and useful skills… but especially through creative and unique forms, we ensure that students absorb knowledge with the highest level of comprehension. For example, drawing and collage will help stimulate creativity and visual presentation skills; building towers with newspaper will help students practice teamwork skills, negotiation skills, and to some extent develop team management potential; and most impressively, the "blindfolded navigation" game where all students are blindfolded and must navigate obstacles – it sounds "dangerous," but it's a great way to cultivate mutual trust within a group – a crucial element for the success of an organization.

It's fun, but the lecturers have to work twice as hard.
To prepare for such classes, perhaps the person who sweats the most is the instructor. While many mistakenly believe that teaching is easy, at Viet My, the instructors are the opposite, because it's not only not easy, but twice as hard. For example, to prepare activities that are both beneficial and creative and unique in the aforementioned "unconventional" classes, instructors must spend a lot of time researching and gathering experience in education, combined with practical work experience. Even so, just seeing the students satisfied with the knowledge they've learned and feeling enthusiastic makes all the fatigue disappear. Ms. Thanh Nga, one of the lecturers who often "creates" such "distinctive" classes, shared: "This subject brings many emotions to both lecturers and students. The more I teach, the more I love the BTEC program, for the profound and complete meaning that BTEC brings to both teachers and learners. We grew up with BTEC.".
