What are your reasons for choosing to study Business English Translation at Viet My College?

I chose to study this major because of my lifelong passion for English. I started learning English in the 6th grade, but it was mostly boring grammar lessons. It wasn't until I studied at Viet My College that I got to learn English in a dynamic, fun environment with more interaction with teachers and classmates.

What are the secrets to maintaining high grades at Viet My College?

At Viet My College, there are 5-6 subjects per semester. All subjects are closely related to English, so I chose to study them all equally, as one subject complements another. Additionally, having previously studied at the VATC English center, I found it easier to learn at Viet My College.

How did Dao feel when she became the valedictorian of the Business English Translation major?

I was genuinely surprised to become the valedictorian of the Business English Translation major. I never thought I could achieve such a feat. However, my family and friends weren't surprised by the result. (laughs)

Can you share your secret to becoming the top student?

I think one of the most important secrets is that you have to truly love this field of study. I spend most of my day interacting with and using English. Aside from class time and breaks, I dedicate all my time to studying. For me, devoting all my time to what I love is very fulfilling.

How did you hear about Viet My College?

I learned about Viet My College through a friend's recommendation. According to her, Viet My College has a team of enthusiastic and highly qualified lecturers. Afterward, I visited the school for a direct consultation.

Could you share more details about your experiences studying at Viet My College?

What I appreciate most is the enthusiasm of the teachers here. Whenever students have any questions, the teachers are always willing to take the time to answer them. In addition, the school administration regularly organizes field trips and introduces internship opportunities, so I don't need to go out on my own.

What are your plans after graduation?

I'm currently in charge of the data section for a website specializing in TOEIC test preparation. I plan to dedicate time to further develop my skills in translating specialized business documents.

Do you have any message for the next generation of students at Viet My College?

I want to tell all the students to make the most of these three years to study and improve yourselves with the support of your teachers. It would be a waste to just play around. Besides, whether you attend college or university isn't the most important thing; what matters most is developing soft skills like presentation, teamwork, CV writing, and interview skills.
