The VTC Digital Television Center in Ho Chi Minh City is a television unit under the VTC Digital Television Station. Since January 2014, we have officially become a public service unit under the Ministry of Information and Communications.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Organizational Specialist

Quantity: 1 employee

Working hoursDuring office hours and as needed by the job.

Job description:

• Record attendance according to the Center's regulations;
• Drafting and managing employment contracts, labor contracts, lease agreements, and handling contract renewals;
• Addressing employee benefits in accordance with current legal regulations: Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.;
• Perform recruitment tasks: Search for and screen candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and provide onboarding guidance for positions available at the Center;
• Drafting documents related to organizational and administrative matters as directed by the Center Director and the Head of the Organization and Administration Department (Decisions, Regulations, Rules, official letters, etc.);

Request:

• Graduates with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, or other related fields from colleges and universities.
• Understanding labor law regulations;
• Possesses good writing skills;
• Enthusiastic, careful, honest, and proactive in their work;

 Programmer

Quantity: 1 male

Working hoursDuring office hours

Job description:

• Manage and be responsible for the Center's network and data storage systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot network, software, and equipment issues at the Center when malfunctions occur;
• Managing the Center's internal website.

Request:

• Graduated from college or university with a major in Information Technology.
• Knowledge of website programming, proficiency in .Net or C++, Java, PHP, etc.; understanding of Javascript, HTML5, CSS; knowledge of databases: mySQL, SQLServer, etc.
• Capable of troubleshooting network issues, software problems, and other office equipment issues;
• Ability to read and understand English documents;
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and improve at work.

Probation periodCandidates will work at the Center for 2-3 months, integrating into the Center's work environment and demonstrating their abilities in practice.
