DESCRIBE

• Working with relevant teams/departments to design banners, backdrops, leaflets, posters, etc., for product packages serving customers and sponsoring partners, events, promotional programs, and company projects. Following up on subsequent stages until the product is printed and put into use.
• Responsible for the visual presentation and layout of company documents before sending them to partners.
• Responsible for the visual content and articles posted on Vietopia's social media platforms (Facebook, website, Twitter, Instagram).
• It is possible to edit or recreate videos for promotional purposes, showcasing events inside and outside Vietopia (basic level).
• Responsible for storing and updating information related to the logos of sponsoring partners, company event images, design files, etc.
• Regularly conduct on-site inspections and collaborate with the Operations team to generate ideas for improving the image quality, content quality of career guidance models, customer information, etc., related to the various aspects of the Vietopia amusement park.
• Coordinate and support other departments on related tasks.
• Other tasks arising from the team

• Guide children to participate in activities in their assigned area.
• Introduce parents to basic information about the profession.
• Monitor activities in the area according to established procedures.
• Handling technical and operational issues during machine operation.
• Make a good impression on customers.
• Responsible for handling any incidents that arise during playtime.

• Directly manage the assigned area (divided into clusters of districts and counties).
• Directly implement tasks related to the business plan for Vietopia's products and services to achieve revenue targets set by the Sales & Marketing Department, according to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Maintain existing business relationships, receive orders, and establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedules for existing or potential business contacts.
• Develop business in the assigned territory and support sales activities for travel agencies within the Vietopia agency network.
• Provide customer service according to the established schedule.
• Participate in the implementation of event programs to support business operations.
• Coordinate with business operations to handle the necessary procedures.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and team leaders.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications departments to accomplish the company's overall objectives.

REQUEST

• Graduated from college or higher with a major in Multimedia Design or a Communication-related field with strong design skills.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience working on in-house or freelance projects is an advantage.
• Knowing how to manage files
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office presentation software.
• Proficient in using graphic design software: PS, AI, InDesign
• Knowing how to use 3D Max, Maya, After Effect, and Premier is an advantage.
• Have worked on at least one user interaction project or a design project related to users and the community.
• Knowing how to create application layouts and design report presentations.
• Experience in UI and UX development is an advantage.

TIME

• Working part-time on Saturdays and Sundays, and on special holidays such as New Year's Day (Gregorian and Lunar).
• Full-time 8-hour shifts from Tuesday to Sunday every week, including public holidays.
