International Food Fair: Discover a cross-continental food festival at APC

At the International Food Fair, teachers and students discovered specialties from eight countries and enjoyed fashion and music performances with a strong Tet (Lunar New Year) theme, adding highlights to this year's event.

December is a time when people bid farewell to the old and welcome new beginnings and good fortune. With that in mind, the International Food Fair was created from an idea by class 5163BMH01/02, under the guidance of Mr. Nguyen Anh Phu, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thuy, and Mr. Hong Son. The festival promises to attract a large number of APC members.

The International Food Fair will take place on:

At the International Food Fair, you will enjoy the convergence and fusion of eight culinary cultures from Italy, Mexico, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and more. All the dishes at the festival are meticulously prepared and made by the students of class 5163BMH. This is also a farewell party from the old year of the Rooster (Dinh Dau) to the new year of the Dog (Mau Tuat) that the class wants to dedicate to the entire faculty and students of the university.

In addition to showcasing culinary delights, the International Food Fair 2018 offered unique cultural experiences from eight countries. A fashion show featuring impressive costumes delighted all visitors. The festival was further enhanced by modern dance performances set to lively hit songs about Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year).

And the segment expected to "win everyone over" is the "lucky draw" program with many attractive prizes; which will bring spring blessings and good fortune to everyone.

The festival is organized as part of a course project for the 2016 Hotel and Restaurant Management class. The Organizing Committee also aims to create a joyful and warm Tet (Lunar New Year) atmosphere for the teachers and students currently studying at the school. All members of American Polytechnic College are welcome to attend.
