During a meeting with the delegation from the Ministry of Education and Training this morning, Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, stated that the city is expected to complete the exam grading process by August 19th.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, immediately after the end of the 2020 high school graduation exam, the Department of Education and Training will begin the process of assigning codes to exam papers from August 11th, doing so in two rounds, and then proceed with grading.
The grading of the exams is expected to be completed by August 19th, followed by verification and submission of data to the Ministry of Education and Training.
Sharing a brief update on the screening of candidates and invigilators who are classified as F1 or F2 cases, Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu stated: As of now, Ho Chi Minh City has not recorded any candidates or invigilators classified as F1 or F2 cases.
A candidate from a suspected (locked-down) area tested negative after 14 days of quarantine and was therefore allowed to take the exam by the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC).
