I. Student support and service fee: 1,000,000 VND
- Students receive a special combo from Viet My College including: 1 t-shirt, 1 backpack, and 1 Viet My College student ID card.
- Students receive career and employment support and participate in activities organized by the Student Services Center (Details can be found HERE).
- Student support and service fees are payable upon enrollment and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
II. Tuition fees for the 9+ College program
2.1 Tuition Fees for General Education
- High School Culture (7 subjects): Fee is 1,250,000 VND/month, collected for 9 months, including 2 payments per year.
- General education (4 subjects): Fee of 5,000,000 VND per semester, collected for 3 semesters, totaling 15,000,000 VND for the entire program.
2.2 Tuition fees for specialized majors
It consists of two stages:
- Phase 1: The first two years of the vocational training program, with tuition fees collected in three installments each year.
- Phase 2: One year of college-level bridging program, with tuition fees paid in three installments.

*Student Tuition fees are subsidized up to 70% according to Government Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP. for the Intermediate level (first 2 years of study). Students should contact the Student Services Center for assistance with the refund procedure within 45 days of enrollment.
*Note:
- Students must pay the full tuition fee as stipulated by the school. There will be one year's tuition fee. Tuition fees will be collected in three installments, arranged according to the training plan issued by the Training Department.
- In the case of a student withdrawing from the program within 7 days of registration:

- Students will be reimbursed 70% for their major tuition fees. (Processing time for refunds: maximum 10 business days from the date the student submits a valid refund request)
- The school retains 30%, which is the corresponding administrative fee.
- Note: Students whose initial payment is below 51% for the first semester tuition fee will not be eligible for a tuition refund.
- Students who withdraw from the program less than 7 days after registration will not be refunded tuition fees under any circumstances.
- The tuition fee above does not include:

- Professional internship tour; ;
- Or extracurricular activities outside of the main curriculum; ;
- Textbooks and learning materials, uniforms; ;

- Examination fees for output standard tests are as stipulated by the School; ;
- 100% encourages students to equip themselves with personal laptops for their studies, especially for For subjects that require software operation or online assignments.

- A 5% tuition fee reduction is offered to students who pay for 3 or more semesters in a single payment.

If you want to transfer your child to another school, you must provide their current high school transcript with all grades and confirmation that they will continue studying for the second semester or that they have been promoted to the next grade before they can transfer to Viet My College.
