IvyPrep Education – a pioneer in CollegePrep education in Vietnam – in collaboration with the University of Missouri (USA), is officially enrolling students for the Accredited American High School Diploma program. This program is designed for high school students in grades 8-11 currently studying in Vietnam who wish to obtain an Accredited American High School Diploma at a cost equivalent to 5% (a 3-month fee for early study abroad). Vietnamese students only need to follow a single comprehensive program that combines: preparation for the Accredited American High School Diploma, preparation for international certificates, and building a US scholarship application profile. This ensures they acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and standardized test scores equivalent to those of students in international schools, preparing them for successful study at top universities in the United States.
Previously, to obtain an additional American International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, Vietnamese parents and students had to choose between studying abroad early or attending international schools in Vietnam. However, both options were quite expensive, ranging from 4-5 billion VND for 3 years of high school in the US or 5-6 billion VND for 12 years at international schools, or requiring students to be highly independent and live away from home before the age of 18. Not all students had the financial means to choose these options to fulfill their dream of studying abroad.
The US International High School Diploma (IBPA) preparation program offers access to American education at a cost of only 280 million VND for 2-3 years of study. This program combines the best of both Vietnamese and American education. By participating in this program, students will not need to take any additional courses but will still obtain two high school diplomas (US and Vietnam), achieve standardized TOEFL and SAT scores, and receive comprehensive preparation for their study abroad applications, aiming for scholarships at top universities in the US.
Students will have their high school curriculum subjects in Vietnam recognized and transferred to the curriculum of the University of Missouri (a member of the University of Missouri – a top 100 university in the United States) to receive an additional American International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma. The program is accredited by two leading US educational organizations: AdvancED and the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement.
The American International High School Diploma (IBPA) preparation program is taught using a credit-based system in a blended learning format (combining traditional classroom learning and e-learning with 4.0 technology) taught by instructors at MUHigh School. In addition to online classes, experts at IvyPrep Education provide in-person coaching to help students understand and absorb knowledge effectively. Students will be equipped with superior language skills and prepare for international certifications such as TOEFL and SAT. Furthermore, to enhance their knowledge, skills, and mindset before being ready to enter the global arena, the program includes three courses: Global Citizenship, Community Projects, and Preparation for Studying Abroad and Scholarships in the USA.
