In August 2019, Viet My College reached an agreement on training and recruitment in Pharmacy and Nursing with Tael Pantaleaon Investment LTD (Tael Pantaleaon) and Phano Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the college and the businesses will closely collaborate in the training of Pharmacy and Nursing professionals using an Institute-College model.

With this agreement, Viet My College will strengthen its Pharmacy and Nursing training programs, linking them to practical applications, meeting the requirements of employers, and training professional healthcare workers with high ethical standards and international work capabilities. According to the agreement, students in the healthcare field will undertake internships, practical training, and practical work placements at hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics invested in by these partners.

In addition to the training agreement, the investment fund Tael Pantaleaon from Singapore and Phano Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company have collaborated with Viet My College to establish the White Blouse Angel Scholarship Fund worth 1 billion VND for students studying Pharmacy and Nursing at Viet My College in 2019. Accordingly, students with an average grade of 6.5 or higher in their 12th grade year who apply for the Pharmacy and Nursing majors will have the opportunity to receive a scholarship worth 12,000,000 VND for the entire course.

Aiming to provide training that closely matches the workforce needs of the market, the Institute-School training model, a collaboration between Viet My College and its partners, will be implemented in a way that involves experts from the partners participating in the curriculum development process, from program development to internships and practical training for Pharmacy and Nursing students. In addition, experts from Tael Pantaleaon and Phano Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, along with doctors and nurses working at hospitals invested in by these partners, will also participate in teaching at Viet My College.

With this agreement, Viet My College will strengthen its Pharmacy and Nursing training programs, linking them to practical applications, meeting the requirements of employers, and training professional healthcare workers with strong ethics and the ability to work in an international environment.

According to the agreement, students in the university's healthcare program will undertake internships, practical training, and practical work placements at hospitals and clinics where the investment fund has a presence.

More importantly, the Tael Pantaleaon investment fund also plans to collaborate with the school to improve the quality of training so that the quality of graduates meets international standards. This investor will create opportunities for Viet My College to partner with international universities and colleges in the healthcare field to organize specialized seminars, visits, study tours, and student exchanges to enhance the educational level with an international element.
