Signing an agreement with the University of Gloucestershire helps save 70% on tuition fees and opens up job opportunities in the overseas market for students of Viet My College.
To provide the labor market with high-quality personnel, Viet My College selects reputable and high-quality training partners in both domestic and international markets. In line with this goal, at the 2017 graduation ceremony, the Board of Directors of Viet My College reached an agreement and signed a training program with the University of Gloucestershire.
Accordingly, after graduating from the BTEC British International College program at Viet My College, students can transfer for one year at the University of Gloucestershire to receive a bachelor's degree. Notably, the University of Gloucestershire has a special tuition fee policy and financial aid program for students transferring from Viet My College.
After calculations, the total cost for students studying the BTEC International Diploma program and transferring to University of Gloucestershire will save over 70% compared to studying at a UK university right from the start.

Sharing about the training cooperation with the University of Gloucestershire, Ms. Phan Thi Mai Trang, Vice Principal of Viet My College, said: “Following the signing of the training agreement with the University of Gloucestershire, we aim to expand opportunities for students to study and work in the international market, preparing them to join the ranks of high-quality professionals in the industry.”.
We have a separate EAP English training program as well as skills training programs to prepare students. Therefore, after graduating from BTEC International College, students will have an English foundation equivalent to IELTS 5.0 – IELTS 5.5 and possess work skills, research skills, and independent critical thinking skills.”
During the signing ceremony, Viet My College also awarded diplomas to over 300 students from the 2017 cohort in two programs: the British BTEC International College program and the National Regular College program.

With the credit-based training system, students receive many advantages and a curriculum that is up-to-date with market demands. Following the principle of practical training – learning by doing – with up to 70% of the study time dedicated to hands-on practice, the credit-based training system helps improve the quality of personnel when they enter the labor market.
According to statistics from the Department of Business Relations and Student Support Services of Viet My College, out of more than 300 students who graduated in 2017, over 901 students are currently working in businesses in their field of study, and about two-thirds of graduates were hired as full-time employees immediately after their graduation internship.
