II. LEGAL BASIS FOR APPROVING THE PROGRAM

• Certificate of Registration for Joint Training Activities with Foreign Countries No. 2235/GCNĐKHĐLK-TCGDNN issued by the General Department of Vocational Education (Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs) on November 5, 2024.
• Decision No. 22/2026/QD-CDVM-KUV dated July 7, 2026, of the Rector of Viet My College on autonomous cooperation in training with foreign countries in the Business Analysis ngành.
• Decision No. 30/2026/QD-CDVM-KUV dated July 7, 2026, of the Principal of Viet My College on autonomous cooperation in training with foreign countries in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
• Decision No. 924/QD-BLDTBXH dated July 3, 2007, of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on allowing the establishment of Viet My Vocational College.
• Decision No. 512/QD-LDTBXH dated April 5, 2017, of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, allowing the renaming of the institution to Viet My College.
• Decision No. 70/2023/QD-CDVM dated August 31, 2023, of the Principal of Viet My College on the establishment of the American Education Center.
• Decision No. 15a/2024/QD-CDVM dated March 27, 2024, of the Principal of Viet My College on renaming the American Education Center to the KUV International Training Center (Center of Keiser University Programs in Vietnam).

III. TRAINING PROGRAM AND DEGREE INFORMATION

• Training program content:

• • Training duration: Two years of intensive study in Vietnam (equivalent to 2,700 hours of training).
  • Language of instruction: Teaching and learning are conducted entirely in English throughout the entire course.
  • Curriculum: 100% holds the copyright for the official training programs of Keiser University.
  • Training format: In-person, focused training.

• Diploma format: Awarding official foreign diplomas.
• Issuing authority: Awarded directly by Keiser University at the Associate Degree level.

IV. TRAINING PROGRAMS AND ADMISSION QUOTAS

(*) Note: The Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence majors apply the autonomous joint training model according to Decision No. 22/2026/QD-CDVM-KUV and Decision No. 30/2026/QD-CDVM-KUV dated July 7, 2026. These majors officially accept applications and organize admissions from Fall C 2027.

V. ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Eligibility criteria:

• Citizens of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam or international students who have graduated from high school (or equivalent).

• Admission requirements:

• Meet the academic English language requirements and academic aptitude and critical thinking skills assessment criteria for admission as stipulated by Keiser University.
• Students enrolling through transfer or credit exchange programs must submit their official transcripts from their previous college/university, degree certificates, and relevant application fees.

• Input threshold conversion conditions:

• English proficiency (meeting one of the following conditions): Students must achieve an IELTS score of 6.0; a DET score of 95 or other equivalent certificates. If the English proficiency requirement is not met, students can enroll in the Academic English Program (EAP) through the Keiser University's ESL placement test.
• Thinking ability (meeting one of the conditions): Pass the Wonderlic assessment; achieve a minimum SAT score of 910; a minimum ACT composite score of 17; or a minimum ASVAB score of 50.
• Academic ability (meeting one of the following conditions): Meet the requirements of the Academic Placement Determination assessment; achieve SAT Reading 24, Writing 25, Math 24; or ACT Reading 19, English 17, Math 19.

VI. ADMISSION PROCESS AND STARTING DATES 2026 – 2027

• Application method: Submit online or in person at the Admissions Office (21 Le Quy Don Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City or 7, Street 23, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

VII. INFORMATION ON TUITION FEES AND CHARGES

• Fees:

• Application fee: Free.
• Registration fee (one-time payment): 7,450,000 VND (adjusted to 7,500,000 VND from Spring Semester A 2027).
• Health insurance: Fees are collected according to current government regulations.
