On April 9-10, 2015, students from APC Vietnam-America College had a valuable visit to Golden Gate Group. This was a combined experience and recruitment campaign jointly organized by an American educational organization and Golden Gate Group, aiming to bring students closer to businesses and real-world work environments.
During the internship, students visited a real restaurant model, then returned to Golden Gate's headquarters to participate in group discussions and present on the place they had visited based on criteria such as: brand, operation, unique features, menu, pricing, and related information. This activity was evaluated as a proactive and creative method for students to grasp practical observation skills, information gathering and recording, presentation skills in a work environment, and a better understanding of employer psychology.
Not only is this activity highly significant for students, but it also helps the teaching staff better understand the requirements of businesses, adjusting lecture content to be more aligned with recruitment realities. From the business perspective, a day of experience also allows recruiters to observe students and assess the qualities of a talented student for optimal recruitment. Let's take a look at some images from this internship and recruitment interview session:

Golden Gate Group highly values this model and wishes to develop more meaningful activities with the American educational organization. Following the discussion, Golden Gate conducted direct interviews with the students. Many students submitted applications for long-term employment within the company's systems.
