Graduation Ceremony & New Academic Year Opening at Saigon Business School (SBS): A significant milestone in our international education journey.
On September 13, 2025, Saigon Business School (SBS), affiliated with Viet My College, held its first graduation ceremony in a solemn and emotional atmosphere, recognizing the academic efforts and outstanding achievements of its graduates. Simultaneously, the opening ceremony for the 2025-2026 academic year officially took place, further affirming its mission to train high-quality human resources to serve the economy in the context of global integration.
During the ceremony, six graduating students were honored for their outstanding academic achievements at SBS. They not only received their diplomas but also acceptance letters from international partner universities, opening up opportunities for study and development in leading academic environments worldwide. Simultaneously, the school joyfully welcomed over 50 new students from six countries: Vietnam, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Malawi, and Sri Lanka, officially becoming part of the multicultural learning community at SBS.
One of the most impressive moments of the ceremony was when 15 national flags fluttered on stage, symbolizing the presence of students from 15 different countries studying at SBS. This image not only highlighted the growing international diversity but also clearly demonstrated SBS's strategic direction: to become a leading international education environment in Vietnam, where over 701 international students come together to study and develop.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Hoang Van Cuong – CEO of SBS – emphasized: “We hold our opening ceremonies every two months, each time welcoming dozens to hundreds of new students from many countries such as Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, the Philippines, Singapore… However, the September opening ceremony always holds special significance, as it marks the beginning of the new academic year – a crucial milestone in the development journey of the school and its students.”
The Graduation Ceremony and Opening Ceremony for the 2025-2026 academic year not only marks a proud academic journey for SBS students but also opens a new path full of opportunities and challenges. With its international training philosophy, diverse learning environment, and dedicated faculty, Saigon Business School continues to affirm its position as a pioneering institution in building a global learning community right here in Vietnam.
