- Ensure that suppliers fulfill their contracts and adhere to agreed-upon timelines.
- Develop design ideas for the booth, including space layout, lighting, decorations, and necessary items.
4. Requirements:
- Experience in event organization, especially trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and managing large-scale events, including booth management.
- Experience working with service providers such as decorators, sound engineers, lighting technicians, and catering companies.
- Skills in using cameras and recording equipment, as well as video and photo editing software.
- Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with different departments.
- Good communication skills are essential for working with clients, partners, and staff.
- Knowledge of the event organizing industry, including trends, processes, and supporting tools.
- Willing to work overtime or on weekends when necessary, especially during event periods.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
