SECOND SEMESTER TIMETABLE, ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026

The Training Department announces​ To the students Timetable for Semester II, Academic Year 2025-2026 (05/01/2026 – 03/05/2026).

I. CHECK CLASS SCHEDULE (FOR STUDENTS ON SCHEDULE): 

– Students can view the courses offered during the semester by Faculty/Department and class at the following links:

1. Faculty of Management

2. Faculty of Technology

3. Department of Design

4. Department of Health

5. Faculty of Foreign Languages

– Students who have paid their tuition fees can access the UMS system. https://ums.caodangvietmy.edu.vn/ tfrom 10:00 AM on December 29, 2025 Please check your class schedule. After the above period, if students who have paid their tuition on time as notified by the accounting department do not see their timetable on UMS, please contact the training department directly or via email for verification and assistance.

– Students who do not complete their tuition payments as notified by the Accounting Department will not be included in the attendance list and will not be able to see their timetables on UMS.

II. FOR STUDENTS REGISTERING FOR COURSES TO PAY OFF COURSES/SUPPLEMENTARY COURSES/ADVANCED COURSES:

– Students can view the courses offered in the next semester via this link. HERE! (The list is sorted by subject, so students please search by subject name).

– Students who have failed courses can register for remedial/supplementary/advanced courses by following these steps:

Step 1: Students register via the link. Here! or scan the QR code (attached in the email).

Step 2: If the student is eligible to retake a course (having already taken it but failed) or take an advanced course, the student should contact the Accounting Department to pay the retake fee.

– Registration and payment period for tuition/retake fees: From the date of this announcement until 23:59 on Monday, December 22, 2025.

IV. NOTES:

– Students should proactively check the time and location of each course carefully.

Students who have not completed their tuition payments will not be included in the attendance list and will not be able to see their class schedule.

– For any questions regarding timetables or courses, students are requested to reply directly to this email or contact the Student Services Center for guidance and support.

– Students who have passed or been exempted from a course this semester, please fill in your information. Here! This will allow the Training Department to verify the information and remove the student's name from the course.
